Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using ClauseLink, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are authorized to act for your organization and to submit content to this service.
Service scope
ClauseLink helps users manage reusable clauses and assemble client drafts. Features may change as we improve the platform, and we may add, remove, or modify functionality at any time.
No legal advice
ClauseLink provides informational drafting assistance only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for review, approvals, and final use.
User content and responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe rights of others.
Acceptable use
You must not use ClauseLink to break laws, violate confidentiality obligations, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with service operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Billing, trials, and cancellation
Trials and paid plans are offered under the pricing shown in-app. Paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled. You can cancel future renewals from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or fitness for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obscuron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Intellectual property
ClauseLink, Obscuron branding, and related materials are owned by Obscuron and protected by applicable laws.
